AI tokens are flexible pay-as-you-go credits for AI features beyond your monthly plan quota. Different actions can use fractional or multiple tokens, and purchased tokens never expire.
Monthly AI quota units reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, purchased AI tokens never expire — they stay in your account until you use them, regardless of when you bought them.
Paid purchases are made in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription changes follow that store’s billing rules. Downgrades generally take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your token balance is preserved when changing plans. Neurako does not currently offer direct web checkout.
Your data is always yours. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or decks. You can export your flashcard data as JSON from settings, and if you later delete your account, associated data is removed according to our retention policy.

Your data is stored on Supabase, which maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and industry-standard encryption. API communications use TLS, and private account data is protected with access controls such as Row Level Security. Neurako uses trusted processors described in our privacy policy and never sells your data.
