02. Account Access & MFA
If you're having trouble signing in or completing multi-factor authentication, contact support and include the email address associated with your account.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or recovery codes by email. We can help you understand the next recovery steps and confirm the right account to restore access to.
03. Billing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed through those platforms. Refunds and billing changes for in-app purchases must be requested through the platform you used to purchase.
